Sal Diving Company is headed by Warren ‘Sal’ Salliss and his wife Tamsin Salliss. Based near Mevagissey on the Cornish Riviera, ideally placing us midway between Plymouth and Falmouth and enabling us to offer you the best this unique coastline has to offer.

SAL
After serving 15 years with The Royal Marines Commandos where he was also a Diving Supervisor he continued his diving career as a Commercial Offshore Diver and Film safety diver. Also qualified as a sport diving Instructor with PADI and BSAC he has worked all around the world as an Instructor. Sal runs the SAL Diving Company with particular interest in the Historical diving and boat operations.

TAMSIN
Tamsin’s career for 16 years was in the Equestrian world where she worked and competed all around the globe. After hanging up her spurs professionally she qualified as a Diving Instructor with PADI and BSAC and has led diving expeditions all over the world to places such as Panama, Costa Rica, Gozo, Corsica and Kenya. With her wealth of diving experience she runs the SAL Diving Company and PADI programmes.

We are supported by our Instructors LJ and Jim, and our resident Dive Master Ed who are knowledgeable of the local sites and dedicated to your safety and enjoyment.

OUR DIVE CLUB!

With over 100 members something has to be working!! 

For a full 12 months, enjoy the benefits of FREE shore diving (escorted if you like), cheaper air fills, discounted RIB diving & priority boat bookings - all this for £50 pp.  If you haven't yet aquirred your own kit - no problems, we have plenty you can hire at heavily discounted rates (cylinders included).

Someone is out diving most days - every day in the summer & most days in the winter.  We organise fortnightly night dives followed by a trip to the local (it's got to be done!) in the winter too.  Not forgetting weekends to the North Coast & Plymouth, to such sites as the St Chamond, James Egan Lane, HMS Scylla, The Elk to name but a few!

Trips for 2010 include  Lundy Island, Red Sea, Gozo (of course), Norway & The Scilly Isles.

You can join us for our new evening 'Wreck Lectures' which will pre-seed the dives.  Gain a little bit more knowledge on where & what you'll be diving, best route to follow & what to expect by someone who's dived it more than once before!
